These terms keep the roles clear: WireGum runs checkout operations software, and each merchant remains responsible for their own store and customers.
WireGum provides software for product variants, Stripe checkout creation, order records, shipping workflows, tracking updates, and transactional emails for small physical-product stores.
The merchant is responsible for the products they sell, prices, taxes, shipping promises, refund rules, customer support, and the content of their own storefront. WireGum is not the seller of record for the merchant's products.
Keep account credentials and connected provider keys private. Tell us quickly if you believe an account, API key, webhook URL, or connected service has been exposed.
Merchants may only sell products that are legal in their market and allowed by Stripe's terms and restricted business rules. Do not use WireGum to send unsolicited email, probe other workspaces, or resell the service itself.
Paid WireGum plans are billed through Stripe. Shipping postage, carrier fees, Stripe fees, provider subscriptions, taxes, and chargebacks are separate from the WireGum subscription.
WireGum is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, WireGum's total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. WireGum is not liable for lost profits or for the merchant's obligations toward their own customers.
Merchants can stop using WireGum and cancel the subscription at any time. We may suspend or close workspaces that break these terms, create security risks, or abuse the service, and we will give notice before closing a workspace unless the risk requires immediate action.
WireGum is still in preview. Features can change, and some integrations may require manual setup. We will try to avoid breaking existing workspaces without notice.
WireGum is operated by Marco Mezzavilla, via Jacopo Crescini 143B, 35126 Padova (Italy). Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
