Pricing, in practice

Are shipping costs included?

No, by design. Postage, carrier charges and provider fees stay outside the subscription: you connect your own provider account (Shippo, Sendcloud or EasyPost) and keep your carrier rates, or ship manually with labels bought directly from a carrier.

Can order emails come from my own domain?

Not yet. Every workspace sends from the shared WireGum address today, on both plans, and those emails are already yours: your store name, your copy, your languages. Sending from your own verified domain is coming to Plus.

How do team seats work?

Owners manage billing and the team; members run daily operations. Lite includes 3 seats, Plus includes 5.

What happens if I downgrade?

Nothing breaks. Existing team members are never removed, and your content stays intact: you just can't add beyond the Lite limits.
