Pricing, in practice

Are shipping costs included?

No, by design. Postage, carrier charges and provider fees stay outside the subscription: you connect your own provider account (Shippo, Sendcloud or EasyPost) and keep your carrier rates, or ship manually with labels bought directly from a carrier.

How does branded email sending work on Plus?

Plus workspaces can send order emails from your own domain. WireGum verifies the domain through Resend DNS records, then switches the workspace sender automatically. Lite sends from the shared WireGum address.

How do team seats work?

Owners manage billing and the team; members run daily operations. Lite includes 3 seats, Plus includes 5.

What happens if I downgrade?

Nothing breaks. Existing team members are never removed, and your content stays intact: you just can't add beyond the Lite limits.
